Back in 2000, Gary McAllister began his relationship with Liverpool Football Club, arriving on a free transfer and soon becoming a cult hero for Reds fans.
At the same time, then assistant manager and club legend Phil Thompson previewed the new season in a special edition of the official matchday magazine by giving a report on every member of the squad.
Now, 15 years later, the memories of that historic treble-winning campaign are still vivid, but how well do the pair remember Gerard Houllier’s players?
