Liverpool and Arsenal will battle it out for a place in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, and ahead of the Anfield clash we sought out a very special guest to give us his take on the Gunners - grime sensation Yizzy.

New single ‘Hustle Hard’ - which features Yizzy balling in his Arsenal's shirt - was released just last week and the 20-year-old has taken time out from his hectic schedule to speak to Liverpoolfc.com about the fourth-round tie...

Read on to see what he had to say...

First off, as a Lewisham lad in south London, how did you become an Arsenal fan?

From my brothers. They are both Arsenal fans so naturally I was gonna be one as well.

Which player did you pretend to be when playing footie on the streets as a kid?

Thierry Henry. He’s my favourite player of all time and who I looked up to as a baller. He's one of the best players ever.

And which of the current crop would you now put on the back of your shirt and why?

Probably Aubameyang, he’s one of the best strikers we’ve had in a while.

Your support of the Gunners features heavily in the video to new single 'Hustle Hard', if you had to pick music or football which would you go for?

I’d still stick with music, it’s what i know and love so I don’t think I could switch up like that.

Is there any footie rivalry among your crew? Any Reds you'll be watching the game with?

Funnily enough none of my friends are actually Liverpool fans so I’ll be watching the game by myself or with my brothers probably.

What have you made of Arsenal so far this season?

It’s been a very shaky season so far, I’m confident we can turn it around and get Champions League football for next season though. Fingers crossed.

What would represent a successful season for the Gunners?

If we could get a top four finish I’d be happy. It would be an improvement from last year and a job well done by a manager who has only been with us for a year.

How is confidence heading into Wednesday's tie?

I’m pretty confident, I have faith that the team can step up and right some of the wrongs from previous games we’ve had over the last few weeks. We’ll have to see though.

If you were picking the team, what would be your starting XI?

I’d probably go with: Leno, Chambers, Luiz, Sokratis, Tierney, Torriera, Guendouzi, Ceballos, Pepe, Laca and Auba.

Which Liverpool player would you most like to see in an Arsenal shirt?

Definitely Mane, I think he’s a great player.
