On Thursday May 24, a group of local high school students attended a career speed networking event hosted by LFC's Red Neighbours team at Anfield.

Pupils from Alsop High School, Notre Dame Catholic College and The Academy of St Francis of Assisi met with LFC staff to learn about their career paths and various roles at the club.

Six members of LFC staff volunteered to meet with the students, as well as two guest speakers: LFC's head of tourism, Tom Cassidy, and chair of the Hillsborough Family Support Group, Margaret Aspinall.

The youngsters chatted to the representatives about their individual professional journeys and sought advice on how to pursue a successful career.
