These Terms and Conditions are those of InfoMedia Services Limited, 7 Premier Court, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6LF ("IMS") who are providing a Liverpool FC.COM Limited ("FC.COM") text alert service via your mobile phone (the "Service"). The Service will provide regular updates via text to your mobile phone about Liverpool FC (the "Club"), dependent on the package to which you are subscribed.
References below to "we" or "us" are references to IMS.
"You" means any account holder whose mobile phone is registered to an entity which owns and operates a mobile telecommunications network (a "Network") and which may be used to receive the Service.
Terms and Conditions for the Service
By registering for the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
You warrant are at least 16 (sixteen) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions. You agree that you will provide such proof of your identity as we consider reasonably necessary.
You must have the consent of the person paying your mobile phone bill before registering for the Service.
You must be a resident in the UK.

The Service is made available via your mobile phone and the Network. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with your mobile phone.
By using this Service, you agree that we may use and share information we hold about you in accordance with Clause 2 below.
1. The Service
1.1 To register for the Service text the keyword LFC, followed by the package code. (eg LFC Goal) to 61718.
1.2 The Service costs 25p per message received. IMS may at any time vary the pricing for the Service and shall give 14 days' notice of any variation on this website.
1.3 You will be charged for each and every message you receive from the Service at the prevailing rate for that Service. This charge will appear on your mobile phone bill.
1.4 You will use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes in the UK.
1.5 You must not or authorise or assist any third party to copy (except as permitted by law), reproduce, transmit, redistribute or relay the whole or any part of the Service.
1.6 We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available to you at all times. However, you acknowledge that the Service is provided by radio transmission and therefore the quality and availability of the Service are affected by factors which cause radio interference, such as physical obstructions, atmospheric conditions and by technical faults in your telecommunication providers' service/network. We accept no liability whatsoever for suspension, interruption or non-availability of the Service for any of the reasons set out in this Clause 1.6.
1.7 Except as required by law we will not be responsible or liable for the fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, or for any loss or damage caused by:
(a) failure, interruption or delays to the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control;
(b) your negligence or your failure to follow our reasonable instructions or the terms of this Contract;
(c) us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
(i) there is no breach of a contractual obligation or legal duty of care owed to you by us or our employees or agents;
(ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any breach, or to the extent that such loss or damage results from any breach by you of this Contract; or
(d) any incompatibility of the Service with your mobile phone.
1.8 Please note that messages saved to your mobile phone may be lost if the handset is replaced or upgraded.
1.9 We do not accept any liability for any content provided by third parties as part of the Service. While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the information contained in the Service provided by us is as accurate as possible, we do not accept any liability and make no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in the Service.
1.10 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Service will remain ours or, where applicable, our content providers. We hereby grant you a licence to use such rights for your personal use of the Service only, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Privacy and Personal Information
2.1 You confirm that FC.COM and the Club may use and share information we hold about you for market research and the sale and marketing of products and services. This may include sending you marketing by SMS about the Service or similar products and services unless you advise us of your preference not to receive such forms of marketing.
2.2 If you have not already told us that you do not want to receive marketing by SMS please call 01604 498989
2.3 IMS uses a third party for delivery of the text messages forming part of the Service. Your mobile phone number will be made available to this third party for this purpose only.
3. Changes to this Contract
If we amend this Contract you will be notified on www.liverpoolfc.com . Your first use of the Service after you have been notified of the new terms will constitute acceptance of such changes.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 This Contract will become effective when you complete your registration for the Service. This occurs when you receive a confirmation text message from IMS.
4.2 You can cancel your registration for this Service at any time by texting "STOP" to 61718.
4.3 We will be entitled to suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Service at any time should you breach these Terms and Conditions, or the Terms and Conditions of any offer you may have selected.
4.4 We may, at our own discretion suspend or terminate your registration at any time. We may do this, for example, to update the service for technical reasons.
5.1 This Contract is governed by English Law. If your address is in the UK, all disputes will be dealt with by the courts in England and Wales or any other UK court that could lawfully deal with the case.
5.2 If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted without affecting the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
