1. As a Priority Right Holder can I purchase tickets with friends/family who are Season Ticket Holders, Members or Fan Card Holders?

Yes, subject to them meeting the qualifying criteria in the guaranteed sale only, all tickets can be purchased together.

  1. Why do my tickets have to be posted via Special Delivery if I select ‘POST’ online?

It is important that all tickets reach their intended destination as safely as possible.

  1. If I select to collect tickets in Istanbul, will each supporter in the booking have to collect their own ticket? 

Yes, each individual ticket within the same booking must be collected. The ticket can only be collected by the supporter whose details have been entered when completing the online form.

  1. I am an overseas supporter who needs to collect in Istanbul. If I have more than 1 ticket in my booking, can I collect all of the tickets?

No, tickets need to be collected individually by the supporter whose details have been entered when completing the online form.

  1. If I select ‘COLLECT IN ISTANBUL’ online, where and when can I collect my ticket?

Tickets will be available to collect at a location in Istanbul. Supporters collecting tickets will be sent an email to the email address provided on the online form, week commencing Monday 5 August. 

This will include a unique reference number and the collection point address.

An SMS will also be sent to the mobile number provided on the online form. Only the named supporter on the online form will be able to collect the ticket.

  1. What do I need to bring to collect my ticket?
  • A copy of the collection information email showing your unique reference number (hard copy or on your mobile phone)
  • And one of the following:
  • Photographic Identification in the form of Valid Photocard Driver's Licence/Valid Passport/National Identity Card or CitizenCard

Please note that in the event of any queries or discrepancies you may be asked to provide us with proof of address. Tickets will only be issued at the discretion of the manager.

  1. What happens if I don’t receive the collection information email or SMS?

An email and SMS will be sent week commencing Monday 5 August to each supporter attending the game. If neither are received, please contact Fan Services 0151 264 2500.

  1. There is more than one ticket within my booking, do we all have to turn up together to collect in Istanbul?

No, it’s not necessary for you to arrive together but each supporter collecting will be required to provide the relevant ID.

  1. Why is the ticket limit set to 8 for the UEFA Super Cup?

This is the maximum number of tickets permitted in each envelope.

  1. I have forgotten my password for purchasing online, what do I do?

You can reset your password: you must have an email address registered on your Account to do this.
