TICKET SALES

  1. As a Priority Right Holder can I purchase tickets with friends/family who are Season    Ticket Holders, Members or Fan Card Holders?

Yes, subject to them meeting the qualifying criteria in the guaranteed sale only, all tickets can be purchased together.

  1. Where do I find out information about entering the ballot?

  1. If I am eligible to purchase tickets in the guaranteed sale, can I wait and purchase my ticket along with friends/family who are successful in the ballot?

Unfortunately it will not be possible for you to purchase tickets with anyone who is successful in the ballot.

  1. Why do my tickets have to be posted via Special Delivery if I select ‘POST’ online?

It is important that all tickets reach their intended destination as quickly and safely as possible.

  1. If I select to collect tickets in Madrid, will each supporter in the booking have to collect their own ticket? 

Yes, each individual ticket within the same booking must be collected.The ticket can only be collected by the supporter whose details have been entered when completing the online form

  1. If I select ‘COLLECT IN MADRID’ online, where and when can I collect my ticket?

Tickets will be available to collect at a location in Madrid. Supporters collecting tickets will be sent an email to the email address provided on the online form, week commencing Monday May 27.

This will include a unique reference number and the collection point address.

An SMS will also be sent to the mobile number provided on the online form. Only the named supporter on the online form will be able to collect the ticket.

  1. What do I need to bring to collect my ticket?

UK Supporters

  • A copy of the collection information email showing your unique reference number (hard copy or on your mobile phone)
  • And one of the following:
  • Valid Photocard Driver's Licence
  • Valid Passport/National Identity Card or CitizenCardplus proof of address.

Overseas Supporters

  • A copy of collection email showing your unique reference number (hard copy or on your mobile phone) 

AND

  • Valid Photocard Driver’s License or Valid Passport, plus proof of address
  1. What happens if I don’t receive the collection information email or SMS?

An email and SMS will be sent week commencing Monday May 27 to each supporter attending the game. If neither are received, please contact Fan Services 0151 264 2500.

  1. There is more than one ticket within my booking, do we all have to turn up together to collect in Madrid?

No, it’s not necessary for you to arrive together but each supporter collecting will be required to provide the relevant ID.

  1. Why is the ticket limit set to 8 for the UEFA Champions League Cup Final?

This is the maximum number of tickets permitted in each envelope.

  1. I am in the Auto Cup Scheme, is my payment taken automatically?

No. Auto Cup Scheme payments are taken for home Cup matches only.

  1. I have forgotten my password for purchasing online, what do I do?

You can reset your password : you must have an email address registered on your Account to do this.

  1. How do I obtain a travel pass for the Madrid Metro System

If your tickets are being posted, travel passes will be included in the envelope along with your tickets. If you are collecting your tickets in Madrid, you will be allocated your travel pass upon collection.
