Season Ticket Holders Enrolled into the Auto Cup Scheme AND sitting in a different seat to their usual Premier League Seat

 

  1. Where can I find out which seat I have been allocated for the competition(s) I am enrolled into?
  • For each competition you have enrolled into, a reminder email was sent to you prior to the first draw for each competition, which confirmed the seat allocated to you for that competition.
  • Once your payment has successfully been processed for any cup match, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your seat details and turnstile access point.
  • You were sent a label to attach to the back of your Season Ticket access card that included your seat details / turnstile access point for each competition you are enrolled into.
  • You can log into your online account and visit the ACS section here.
  • Ahead of each match, you will be sent an SMS confirming your seat details and turnstile access point.

 

  1. I am sitting in a different seat to my usual Premier League seat – how do I access the stadium for Cup games?

Your Season Ticket card will be activated for stadium access in the same way you access for Premier League home games. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email when attending the match to validate your seat details; a copy on your phone is acceptable.

 

  1. I usually receive a paper ticket; is this no longer the case?

            You will no longer receive a paper ticket. A letter was sent to your address week commencing 21 October with full details.

 

  1. When will I receive my label that displays my seat details?

Your label was sent to you with the letter week commencing 21st October 2019.

 

  1. I have been allocated different seats for each competition I have enrolled into. Will I receive a label for each competition?

              No, you will receive one label that will display your seat details and turnstile access point for each competition.

 

  1. I have not received, lost or damaged my seat label – what do I do?

              Please contact Fan Services on 0151 264 2500 as soon as possible.

 

  1. Do I need to retain the seat label for future seasons?

              No, the label is valid for this season only; an updated label will be sent to you if required ahead of each new season.

 

  1. Will I be contacted if I sit in my usual Premier League Seat for each competition I have enrolled into?

              No, if you are sitting in your usual Premier League seat for all the competitions you have enrolled into, you should use your Season Ticket access card for stadium entry and sit in the Premier League seat that is displayed on the front of your card..

 

 

Season Ticket Holders Not Enrolled into the Auto Cup Scheme

Season Ticket Holders who are not enrolled into the Auto Cup Scheme and purchase a ticket following the release of the sales notice will not be sent a label.

 

  1. Where can I find my seat details for any Cup tickets I have purchased?

You will receive a confirmation email following the purchase of any Cup match ticket which will contain your seat details and turnstile access point. If you are a Season Ticket Holder sitting in a different seat to your usual Premier League seat, you will also receive an SMS that includes your seat details and access point 1-2 days before a game.

 

  1. I am sitting in a different seat to my usual Premier League seat – how do I access the stadium for Cup games?

Your Season Ticket card will be activated for stadium access. You will no longer receive a paper ticket. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email when attending the match to validate your seat details; a copy on your phone is acceptable.
