Liverpool are to offer Sadio Mane £11.5million a year in a bid to convince the Senegal striker to extend his stay at Anfield to 2025.

The forward only signed a new deal last November, with terms that tied him to the club until 2023.

However, after an incredible 12 months, in which Mane became one of the driving forces in the club's route to Champions League glory, the club are willing to improve his terms once again.

Currently on a deal that sees him earn £150,000-a-week, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Reds are now willing to increase his earnings to €13million a year (£11.5m).
