Liverpool have reportedly made a substantial offer for Paris-Saint Germain star Adrien Rabiot.

Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo claim the central midfielder is considering a move to Anfield.

PSG have tabled fresh terms to the French international, who is also attracting the attention of Manchester City and Barcelona.

The 23-year-old is said to have held talks with the Catalans about a possible switch to the Nou Camp.

However, it is reported that Rabiot is open on a move to the Etihad and the player can sign a pre-contract agreement in Janaury with his current deal up next summer.

He had spell at City's academy as a teenager before returning to France.

Liverpool have been linked with Rabiot for the past couple of months, but Jurgen Klopp has ruled out any big-money January transfer window deals.
