Liverpool are on the brink of completing their third summer signing after Andrew Robertson reportedly left Hull City‘s training camp in Portugal this week.

It’s understood the Reds have completed an £8million deal for Robertson, following weeks of speculation, and the 23-year-old left-back follows Dominic Solanke and Mohamed Salah in signing on the dotted line at Anfield.

The Daily Mirror suggest Robertson has said his goodbyes to his Hull teammates, who are currently at a warm-weather training camp in Portugal, and a medical is scheduled with the Merseyside outfit.

Jurgen Klopp has been scouring the market for a left-back for some time and the German finally set to solve a problem position for Liverpool.

James Milner played the majority of Liverpool’s games at left-back last season and Klopp is keen to ensure the Englishman has sufficient competition.
