Charlton are reportedly looking to cash in on Ademola Lookman as the in-demand forward has no release clause.

The Addicks were relegated this season to League One and have already begun planning for life in the third tier.

Newspaper South London Press have revealed 18-year-old Lookman could be sold for a hefty fee to stand them in good stead for a return to the Championship.

The report claims the winger has no buy-out fee, meaning Charlton will look to exploit theapparent interest of Liverpool and London rivals Arsenal.

The Mirror reported last week the Reds were leading the charge, having previously signed Joe Gomez from the club last summer for £3.5million.

And unlike Gomez, Lookman could fetch a significantly larger fee in the region of £6m after he signed a four-year deal earlier in the season that has no release clause.

Lookman was playing Sunday league football until he joined Charlton in 2014 and has since scored five goals in 24 appearances this term.
