Liverpool would have to make an "extraordinary offer" to stand a chance of signing Colombia striker Marlos Moreno this summer.

That is according to Atletico Nacional president Juan Carlos De La Cuesta, who confirmed there is interest from Europe in the 19-year-old.

Moreno has been one of the brightest talents in the Copa Libertadores this season and has reportedly caught the eye of a number of clubs.

Portuguese newspaper A Bola claimed last week that Porto are interested, as well as Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool.

And De La Cuesta himself has revealed Benfica are also in the running.

"So far there is no a transfer, but there is interest," De La Cuesta said.

"We want to be responsible with the institution and see how everything evolves.

"It would be an extraordinary offer to consider selling it, but we know how the market dynamics.

"If there is a good offer, we will have to consider.

"With Benfica there have been a few approaches but no formal offer."

Moreno made his Colombia debut in World Cup qualifying last month and is available for £4.8million.
