Juventus are hoping to beat Liverpool and Manchester United to the signature of Pairs Saint-Germain playmaker Javier Pastore.

The Argentina international has fallen down the pecking order at the French champions and is considering his options.

Liverpool and Manchester United have expressed an interest in the 26-year-old before and are ready to reignite moves for him this summer.

However, according to Tuttosport, Juventus are hoping to be pip the Premier League pair to Pastore's signature.

The Italian club's sporting director, Fabio Paratici, has flown to Paris this week to hold talks with PSG over a deal.

Any move for Pastore is likely to cost in excess of £30million, with the attacking midfielder still being contracted to the French champions until June 2019.
