Swansea honoured former Liverpool reserve player Besian Idrizaj after winning promotion to the Barclays Premier League on Monday.

Idrizaj - who played for our second string between 2005-08 before stints with Eilenburg and Swansea - died of a heart attack in 2010 aged 22.

After beating Reading 4-2 in the Championship play-off final, his former teammates donned t-shirts with his name and picture during the presentation and lap of honour.
