The Brazilian participated in the workout as he nears a return from a muscle injury that sidelined him for the Reds' last six matches.
Saturday's visit of Villa is the final home fixture of 2022-23 for Jürgen Klopp's side, who will be aiming to record an eighth consecutive top-flight win.
