Kostas Tsimikas fitness update
Kostas Tsimikas missed Wednesday’s friendly at Red Bull Salzburg with a minor injury, Jürgen Klopp has confirmed.
The left-back sustained the issue on Tuesday during Liverpool’s pre-season training camp in Saalfelden and will continue to be assessed.
Asked about Tsimikas’ absence for the contest with the Austrian side, Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com: “He got yesterday a knock, so he cannot play today. And all the rest, we will see later.”
