Klopp and Alisson named as Best FIFA Football Awards finalists
Jürgen Klopp and Alisson Becker have been named as finalists in the Best FIFA Football Awards 2020.
Liverpool’s manager has advanced from a five-man shortlist to be among the final three in the running for Best Men’s Coach, which he won last year.
Klopp is up against Marcelo Bielsa and Hans-Dieter Flick for the accolade.
Alisson, meanwhile, is a finalist in the Best Men's Goalkeeper category alongside Manuel Neuer and Jan Oblak. The Reds’ No.1 could therefore retain the prize he won in 2019.
The winners will be announced on December 17 having been decided by equal votes from national team coaches, captains, journalists and fans.
