Diogo Jota to wear No.20 shirt for Liverpool
New signing Diogo Jota will wear the No.20 shirt for Liverpool.
The Portuguese forward completed his switch to the Premier League champions from Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday on a long-term deal.
Jota has chosen the vacant No.20 jersey most recently worn for the Reds by Adam Lallana for six seasons before his summer move to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Asked if there is any significance behind his decision, he told Liverpoolfc.com: “No, not really. But I think it’s a good number and hopefully I can do good things with it.
