Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson, Virgil van Dijk and Georginio Wijnaldum returned to Melwood to begin their pre-season programme on Saturday morning.
The Champions League-winning quartet were back at base to undergo the preliminary medical tests and exercises before rejoining their teammates in training ahead of 2019-20.
