Sadio Mane's stoppage-time strike during Monday's 2-0 win at Crystal Palace set a new Liverpool landmark and extended the forward's excellent goalscoring record against the Eagles.
The No.10 shrugged off a robust challenge from Patrick van Aanholt and rounded goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey to slot home in the 93rd minute as the Reds secured all three points at Selhurst Park.
The Senegal international also hit the net in two victories against Palace last season and is the first Liverpool player to score in three successive league meetings between the sides.
In fact, the Eagles appear to be one of Mane's favourite opponents in English football.
The former Southampton striker has now scored six goals in his eight Premier League appearances against Palace - more than he has netted against any other side.
Having also netted twice in the 4-0 opening-day win over West Ham United, Mane is currently joint-top scorer in the Premier League, tied on three goals with Manchester City's Sergio Aguero and Everton's Richarlison.
The 26-year-old has been in outstanding form since the turn of the year, scoring 16 goals in 27 games across all competitions in 2018.
