FC Porto visit Anfield on Tuesday on the back of a vital domestic victory and bolstered by the return of the prolific Vincent Aboubakar.

Aboubakar had missed the Portuguese league leaders’ last six matches - including their 5-0 home defeat to Liverpool on February 14 - due to a muscle injury.

But the striker, who has scored 24 goals in 34 club appearances this season, came off the bench for the final 20 minutes of a 2-1 win over third-placed Sporting on Friday.

That result means Sergio Conceicao’s team maintained their unbeaten Primeira Liga record this term, as well as their five-point cushion over closest challengers Benfica at the top of the table.

Porto have responded to their hammering at the hands of the Reds in impressive fashion, reeling off four consecutive league wins while scoring 15 times in the process.
