Ever wondered what the players are listening to as they get themselves ready for a game? Or how about what movies they put on to chill out afterwards? Well, now you can find out...

Allen is the opening Red to take up the task and opts for an eclectic quintet for his musical choices, with hip-hop, rock and pop all featuring.

First up is the Strokes' 2001 smash hit 'Last Nite' followed by Kings of Leon's 'Pyro' from their No.1 album 'Come Around Sundown'.

There's a change of direction for track three as Allen picks a track from rap legend Jay Z in the form of 'D.O.A. - Death of Autotune' from his 2009 'Blueprint 3' LP.

British singer-songwriter Ben Howard is next up and his track 'Keep Your Head Up' and our No.24 concludes with one from Ed Sheeran in the form of 'The Man'.

We also asked Allen to tell us his favourite movie.

His response is Academy Award-winning 2001 smash, 'The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring'.

The film, which starred Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen and Liv Tyler, brought J.R.R. Tolkien's book to life on the big screen, and you can watch it by clicking on the button below.
