Tributes have been pouring in from around the world for a Liverpool fan who helped fellow supporters realise their dream of attending Anfield.

Michael Hinden, who passed away last month aged 78, devoted his own time to help overseas Kopites watch their beloved Reds.

He had been a match-goer in L4 for 68 years and a Liverpool season ticket holder for 60 of them.

As news of Michael's death last month spread, messages of support filtered through from friends in places such as Hong Kong, Australia, South Africa and New York.

One tribute, from Singapore, read: "Mike made many fans' dreams come true. Growing up, I would never have thought that I would be able to see our beloved Reds play live."

The thoughts of everyone at Liverpool FC are with Michael's family and friends.
