Closure of LFC stadium tour, museum and retail stores from Thursday
In line with the new national restrictions, the LFC Stadium Tour, Museum and retail stores across England will close from Thursday November 5 until Wednesday December 2.
Retail stores
From today, our Liverpool and Chester stores will trade extended hours until Wednesday November 4 and will then close from Thursday as part of the Government’s national lockdown coronavirus measures.
Extended hours for England stores only are as follows:
- Liverpool One – 9am-8pm
- Williamson Square – 9am-7pm
- Anfield Superstore – 9am-7pm
- Chester – 9am-6pm
- Dublin store and ROI pop up stores will remain closed
Supporters are advised that our Belfast store remains unaffected and will continue trading.
Reds fans can still visit the club’s online store www.liverpoolfc.com/store to purchase all things LFC. Our distribution centre remains open and we are committed to delivering all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
LFC Stadium Tour and Museum
The LFC Stadium Tour and Museum will close from 5pm on Wednesday until Wednesday December 2, 2020.
Supporters who have purchased a ticket for the LFC Stadium Tour and Museum from Thursday November 5 to Wednesday December 2 will automatically receive a voucher for your cancelled tour via email.
This can be used to come and visit us anytime within the next 12 months – you do not need to contact the club to arrange to receive this voucher and you can redeem it online on our Museum and Tours pages.

LFC community activity
Following the announcement of a second national lockdown in England, LFC Foundation and Red Neighbours' local community programmes will continue to be delivered as face-to-face sessions up to and including the evening of Wednesday November 4.
In line with the updated government guidelines, sessions delivered at community venues, including parks and sports centres, will then be paused from Thursday November 5.
LFC community teams are currently looking at ways in which sessions can continue to be delivered online and will announce a new virtual timetable later this week.
The safety of our participants, their families and staff team are paramount, and we will continue to support our communities during this difficult time.
