Liverpool Football Club have released the following update regarding Thomas Cook Sport.

2020 fixtures: home match tickets

We can confirm that Liverpool FC did not receive payment from Thomas Cook for any match breaks sold for games in 2020.

However, to help ensure you get to visit Anfield this season, we’d like to give you the opportunity to purchase a replacement hospitality match ticket - for the same match you booked via Thomas Cook - directly from the club.

To claim a refund on your original Thomas Cook booking, please contact your credit card provider, travel insurance or ABTA. Information about how to make a claim through ABTA can be found by visiting https://www.abta.com/thomas-cook-tour-operations-limited.

How can I make a new booking with Liverpool FC?

Where we have contact details, we have emailed affected fans with information on how to purchase replacement tickets.

If you had a booking with Thomas Cook Sport but have not received an email from us, then please contact TCS@liverpoolfc.com, attaching a copy of your Thomas Cook booking confirmation. Once we verify your information we will be back in touch with how to purchase tickets.
