Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Dominic Solanke took part in a ceremony at St George’s Park to honour the 14 England internationals who served their country during the First World War.

The Liverpool duo joined representatives from England’s youth and women’s teams to plant trees that will create a permanent memorial to the footballers at the FA’s national football centre, in support of the For Club and Country project.
