Liverpool Football Club has announced that all Season Ticket Holders aged 17-21 will be awarded a £75 rebate on the price of their Season Ticket for the 2015-16 season (subject to eligibility criteria).

At the end of last season, Liverpool supporters were recognised for their passion and support by being named the proud recipients of the 'Barclays Fair Play – Fans of the Season' award.

As part of the award, the club received £20,000 from the FA, which can be used to fund initiatives that enhance the positive atmosphere in the stadium or that directly benefit supporters.

During recent weeks, members of the club’s official Supporters Committee and the Ticketing Working Group have discussed how the £20,000 would be best used to benefit fans and agreed that 17-21-year-old’s should be awarded a rebate.

Karen Gill, honorary president of the Supporters' Committee, said: “We are proud that our fans have been recognised for their passion and support. The youth of today are the lifeblood of the club and we are pleased to put the money awarded by the FA to great use and offer our young Season Ticket Holders a rebate on their Season Tickets.”

Those fans who qualify for a rebate will receive a letter from the club during next week. Please see the Q&A here for eligibility criteria.
