LFC FoundationLFC Foundation takes Silver at the Sports Business Awards
The LFC Foundation has been awarded Silver at the Sports Business Awards under the category 'Best Sports Community Scheme'.
This is the third consecutive year that the club's official charity has received this award, having won Silver in 2024 and Gold in 2022.
The Sports Business Awards celebrate the creativity, innovation, and strategic expertise of the teams behind the scenes, meanwhile this category rewards community organisations of sports clubs for the work that takes place off the pitch in the community.
The LFC Foundation stands as one of the largest football club foundations in the UK, supporting over 145,000 individuals across the Liverpool City Region, North Wales, the Republic of Ireland, the USA, Ethiopia, and Tanzania during the 24/25 season.
With a dedicated team of more than 100 staff members, the Foundation delivered an impressive £80.3m in social value to the Liverpool City Region last season through programmes designed to tackle social inequalities in health, learning, and employability.
Congratulations to Saints Foundation for their Gold award, and West Ham United FC & Lyca Mobile for their Bronze award.
