LFC Women's 4-1 WSL victory over Aston Villa marked LFC’s annual Community Day at St Helens stadium as we celebrated the incredible work of LFC Foundation.

To celebrate Community Day, LFC Foundation delivered a range of pre-game activations, including hands-on STEM activities and family fun games, creating a brilliant, inclusive atmosphere for supporters of all ages.

A real highlight of the day saw young people and adults from across our programmes take to the pitch as pre-game flag bearers, welcoming the players onto the field. Representing a wide mix of ages and pathways, it was a proud moment that captured the spirit of community and opportunity that sits at the core of the Foundation’s work.

The day was capped off with a fantastic on-pitch playing opportunity for our Girls ETC participants, giving them a chance to experience the stadium environment and showcase their skills. A brilliant Community Day that brought learning, sport and inspiration together around LFC Women.

The LFC Foundation logo was also proudly featured on the LFC Women’s shirts for the first time this season.

Supporters can add the LFC Foundation patch to the back of their shirts for just £5. This option is available both in store and online, with proceeds will go towards developing and supporting the club’s official charity’s work.

You can support the LFC Foundation by making a donation today at www.liverpoolfc.com/foundation. Your support is vital – every donation, no matter how small, helps the Foundation towards reaching its ambition of supporting 500,000 people per season in the next five years.
