1. When will the new ticketing system be in place?
The new system will be available for the 2020-21 season ticket renewal period.
2. When will the renewal period be open to season ticket holders?
We will be announcing details of the renewal period in the coming weeks.
3. When will I see the new system if I am not a season ticket holder?
The existing ticketing system will remain in place until the end of the season.
All ticket sales for the 2020-21 season will then take place on the new SeatGeek system. All supporters will receive more information about the new SeatGeek platform before the 2020-21 sales are due to take place.
4. How will the new system provide a better buying experience for fans?
There will be a more transparent and informative queueing system in place. The improved technology and functionality will allow us to review and implement more innovative processes in the future.
5. Will mobile phones replace cards and tickets for stadium access?
This is currently being trialled. Supporters will still have the option of using their stadium access cards or paper tickets to enter the stadium during the 2020-21 season.
6. Will my previous purchase history be recorded on the new system?
The purchases required for eligibility and qualification for all future sales will be migrated into the new system. They will be visible within your record once we go live on the new SeatGeek platform in June.
7. Will ticket exchange rewards be transferred to SeatGeek?
Yes, they will be transferred across into SeatGeek. Further information will be released prior to the season ticket renewal period.
8. How will the new system recognise me?
All existing supporter details recorded in the current system will remain the same, along with season ticket holders' and official Members' numbers. Fans who have not purchased a ticket or Membership in the last three seasons will be required to re-register on SeatGeek.
9. Will I still be able to pay for my season ticket on finance?
Yes, this payment option will still be available.
10. I am a disabled supporter; will I be able to buy my tickets online?
There is the capability for disabled supporters to be able to purchase match tickets online and further guidance will be released in due course.
