The Fan Experience and Services team is responsible for responding to Fan and Customer enquiries relating to anything other than Ticketing enquiries e.g Membership, Museum & Tours, Retail and more.

Our retail store profile are a part of a multi-channel retail operation with seven permanent stores in the UK and Ireland and a further 16 permanent locations across the globe.

Our team is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Club's ambitious ticketing strategy.

Business Support includes Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Football Administration, Strategy and Travel teams.
