LFC FoundationDiscover My Talent: Pathways to Excellence
FA Talent Developer Delivers ‘Discover My Talent’ Activation at LFC Academy
On Monday 20th October, the LFC Foundation's U14 Girls’ Academy squad took part in an exciting session at the LFC Academy.
The team welcomed Daniel Alogba, the Regional Talent Developer for the North-West, as part of a session delivered in partnership with The FA.
The ultimate goal for our young female players is to help develop and progress their talent through the pathway to become future Lionesses.
Daniel's visit formed part of the Discover My Talent framework, a national initiative designed by the FA to provide support and additional touchpoints for players and to support and nurture high potential within their environments.
The evening offered a valuable opportunity for our players to engage directly with a key figure in the national talent pathway and served to further support their development while reinforcing the high standards expected at the elite level.
Through our strong relationship with The FA and the exceptional quality of players within our programme, we are committed to creating meaningful and aspirational opportunities for our young athletes.
With a squad of 23 talented individuals, our aim is to provide unique experiences that not only enhance their footballing journey but also open doors to future international representation.
This activation reflects our ongoing dedication to excellence within the female pathway and our ambition to support every player in reaching their full potential. We are proud to work alongside The FA to ensure that our players are seen, supported, and inspired to dream big.
