LFC FoundationDirk Kuyt and Daniel Agger among latest players confirmed for LFC Foundation Legends match

Over 50,000 tickets have already been sold for LFC Foundation’s Legends charity match at Anfield in March as the latest five players to feature have been confirmed.

LFC Legends host Ajax Legends on Saturday March 23 at Anfield, KO 3pm, presented by AXA, and all funds raised from the game will support the incredible work of the LFC Foundation across the Liverpool City Region and beyond.

With a host of players already announced, the LFC Legends attacking options have been bolstered by the addition of Dirk Kuyt and Nabil El Zhar, while Daniel Agger and Igor Bišćan will be options at the back for the LFC management team.

Mark González will also be taking to the field once again, having scored against Celtic in the last Legends clash in 2023, his fourth goal in three Legends appearances.

Those already signed up for the Reds include Fernando Torres, Jerzy Dudek, Ryan Babel and Martin Škrtel.

Tickets for the game, which is also in association with Forever Reds, the club’s official former players charity, are priced at £28 for adults, £8 for juniors and £18 for over-65s, and are available to purchase online here. Disabled supporters can visit the Accessibility Hub for full details.
