TransferLuca Stephenson completes permanent move to Bolton
Luca Stephenson has completed a permanent move from Liverpool to Bolton Wanderers.
The 22-year-old will take the next step in his career with the Trotters – who were promoted to the Championship in May – after the transfer was finalised today.
Stephenson joined the Reds as an U15 and progressed through the ranks at the Academy, including captaining the U18s team.
He spent the 2023-24 campaign on loan at Barrow and then the next two seasons with Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership.
Stephenson was named Young Player of the Season in his first term north of the border and passed 100 senior appearances overall during his second.
In between those spells, he featured for Liverpool in friendly fixtures last summer.
