Opportunities like this play an important role in raising aspirations, giving the girls a tangible insight into the environment and standards they can work towards as part of the female football pathway, with the long‑term ambition of progressing towards Liverpool FC Women’s First Team representation.

The U12s Girls Academy forms a key part of the LFC Foundation’s football development pathway and is proudly funded through Kirkland funding. The programme provides a high‑quality elite environment for aspiring players and sits alongside the Emerging Talent Centre, Player Development Programme and U14s Girls Academy.

By combining high‑level football experiences with structured player development, the LFC Foundation continues to support young people to reach their full potential, on and off the pitch.
