LFC FoundationLFC Foundation to run free sports camps thanks to James Milner Foundation
LFC Foundation has again been supported by the James Milner Foundation to run free sports camps for four weeks in Anfield and Toxteth with over 800 children set to benefit.
LFC Foundation coaches will run the free football and multi-sports camps for children aged six to 14 starting in August thanks to the support from the James Milner Foundation.
Children will have the chance to take part in a variety of sports including football, dodgeball, cricket, hockey and rugby.
The first camp will take place at Anfield Sports and Community Centre on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 August from 9.30am-3pm for children aged 8 to 14. Click here to book.
The following week Tiber Football Centre will host a two-day camp on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 August from 9.30am and 3pm again for children aged 8 to 14. Click here to book.
The James Milner Foundation has supported the LFC Foundation since 2016, allowing over 2,000 children to date the opportunity to enjoy safe and fun activities throughout the school holidays.
The James Milner Foundation promotes physical activity in young people throughout the UK by focusing on the development, improvement and provision of sporting opportunities – with a particular focus on football, rugby and cricket.
The LFC Foundation aims to tackle social inequality home and away. It focuses on improving health, championing learning and enhancing employability opportunities for all. In season 2024/25, the LFC Foundation supported over 145,000 people.
