LFC FoundationLFC Foundation launches ‘You Mean The World’ Social Action Challenge with Japan Airlines
It’s your chance to support the LFC Foundation by taking part in our new social action campaign, ‘You Mean The World’, brought to you by club partner Japan Airlines.
The ‘You Mean The World’ Challenge engages Liverpool FC’s global network of Official Liverpool Supporters Clubs (OLSCs) to come together and help support their local communities through a series of fun and creative challenges.
With eight socially impactful challenges to participate in, choose one or more to show us how you incorporate the power of LFC into your community.
Fans can then upload videos of their activities to a dedicated portal, where a judging panel of LFC Foundation representatives, Japan Airlines representative, and former players will examine submissions and select a winner.
Matt Parish, CEO of the LFC Foundation, said: “We’re incredibly proud to relaunch our Social Action Challenge for Official LFC Supporters Clubs and deeply thankful to Japan Airlines for helping bring this global initiative to life. Our OLSCs are more than fans—they’re forces for good in their communities."
Japan Airlines are providing the winning OLSC with an exclusive LFC Experience which will see a LFC Legend fly over to their OLSC hub to watch a 2025/26 match alongside all members.
The challenge is open from July 21st to August 31st, giving supporters a whole month to create and submit entries. Simply register here to sign-up to take part and receive direct communications including challenge details.
Japan Airlines became LFC’s official airline partner in the summer of 2024, and part of the multi-year partnership committed to collaborating on key community initiatives across global markets such as this.
Minako Kent, Vice President of Global Brand and Marketing said: “'You Mean the World' places our audience at the heart of everything we do, embodying the shared values between JAL and Liverpool FC. Through this campaign, we aim to unite communities and spread positivity on a global scale. Together, we are committed to creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences that inspire and bring people closer.
