LFC FoundationGallery: Liverpool squad surprise young supporters in Tokyo
Members of the Liverpool squad surprised young supporters at a special meet and greet event in Tokyo on Tuesday.
Co-ordinated by LFC Foundation and Make-A-Wish, the Reds took time out of their pre-season work on tour in Japan to meet the children and their families.
The youngsters from Make-A-Wish, Shine On! Kids, Kodansha and The Nippon Foundation had their dreams fulfilled when they met their footballing heroes for a chat before they signed autographs and posed for photographs.
Their unforgettable day was completed with other special appearances, including club mascot Mighty Red, record goalscorer Ian Rush, and Linda Pizzuti.
