LFC FoundationDarts legend Stephen Bunting supports LFC Foundation fundraiser - The Ladbrokes Anfield Open
LFC fan and darts legend Stephen ‘The Bullet’ Bunting has agreed to take part in a unique LFC Foundation fundraising event next month, The Ladbrokes Anfield Open.
In collaboration with the club’s official betting partner Ladbrokes, the special darts event will take place on Tuesday 13th May at Anfield, and appearing alongside the St Helens darts star will be a number of LFC legends including Jan Molby, plus other special guests.
Guests will have the chance to enter exclusive prize draws on the night, with unforgettable, money-can’t-buy experiences up for grabs, which includes a pair of tickets to the sold-out darts Players Championship in Minehead.
There will also be the opportunity to enter to play live on the oche on the night against ‘The Bullet’ and others, all in the name of raising vital funds for the LFC Foundation, who supported over 127,000 people last season alone.
The LFC Foundation aims to tackle social inequality in its communities by raising aspirations both in the Liverpool City Region and beyond. By working in areas of high need and deprivation across the Liverpool City Region, the LFC Foundation aims to deliver sustainable and long-term change for communities and to ensure that its work continues to benefit future generations.
Speaking about playing at the home of the Reds, Bunting said: “It’s a dream come true to be playing darts at Anfield with some of the club legends. It’s going to be a great night’s entertainment for everyone and will help raise money for a fantastic cause.”
Local singer-songwriter Kieo will also be performing on the night, with many more surprises still to be announced.
It wouldn’t be the darts without fancy dress so those attending are encouraged to get creative as a prize will be awarded for the best costume.
There are three packages available for this event, which are on sale now and can be purchased by clicking here. Please note this event is strictly for 18+ and ID will be required on the night.
