LFC FoundationMentorship Program

The LFC Foundation Mentorship Program connects young people ages 16–25 with experienced professionals across various industries for personalized guidance and support. Through one-on-one mentorship, participants gain insight into career pathways, build confidence, set goals, and expand their professional networks. Each mentorship is designed to meet the unique needs of the young person, helping them navigate their personal and professional development.

In 2024, the program supported over 10 successful mentorship matches, leading to outcomes such as internships, college enrollment, full-time employment, and significant personal growth. Many of these mentor-mentee relationships continue to thrive beyond the formal program. This program is free of charge.
