Our Emerging Talent Centre is a Talent Identification programme ran across 3 blocks of 10 weeks, linking to our women and girls pathway which feeds into our club funded academy age groups.Participants receive 10 weeks of 'The Red Way' training additional to their grassroots football and are given feedback at the end of each training block.
