Disabled Supporters Ticketing Information
Liverpool Football Club have a dedicated team dealing with disabled supporters queries, the team can be contacted directly by calling 0843 170 5555, option 1 then option 0.
Alternatively the team can be contacted by email on disability@liverpoolfc.com, please note that during busy times a response can take up to five days to respond.

How to Apply for Disabled Supporters Tickets
Before applying for match tickets, supporters will be required to register themselves with Liverpool Football Club by submitting either of the below documents. The details of those documents will be kept on our records and will not be requested again.
Please note; we are unable to process any tickets until we have received the required documentation
* A letter from the Department of Works and Pensions confirming your entitlement to the higher or middle rate mobility/care component of Disability Living Allowance.
* A letter from your GP confirming the nature of your disability
* BD8 Certificate (Visually Impaired supporters only)

Purchasing Disabled Supporters Match Day Tickets
Premier League tickets are sold in the following ways:
Members Sale
Supporters must follow the above process and be registered with the Club; you must also have an LFC Official Membership.

Tickets are sold in correspondence with the non disabled supporter’s ticket sales. For further information of specific ticket sales please contact one of the disabled advisors. Alternatively you can view the available tickets by viewing the table above titled ‘Member Sale Ticket Availability’
Ticket sales are only available by calling the main Ticket Office number 0843 170 5555, pressing option 1 then 0 for the disabled team.
Late Availability Sale
We ask that you send a written application to:

Or email your application to disability@liverpoolfc.com
The following information would need to be included in your application:
* Full name and address of the applicant(s).
* What fixture (game) you are applying for,
* What seating provision you require i.e. wheelchair, ambulant or visually impaired)
* Number of personal assistants required.
Applications are to be received no earlier than 8 weeks before the game and no later than 23 days prior to the game taking place.
Successful applicants will be chosen on a ballot basis. Please note that if you no longer wish to be considered in the ballot, it is your responsibility to contact the disability team to advise this.
If you are successful in the ballot, and you can no longer attend the game, you will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Away Games and Cup Competitions
Tickets for all away matches and all Cup matches will be sold in conjunction with the specific selling arrangements for those fixtures.

Ticket Exchange for Season Ticket Holders
If a Season Ticket holder is unable to attend a home Premier League match, they are able to return their tickets via the ticket exchange. This can be done until kick off on the match day. These tickets could then be made available for members to purchase and attend the fixture.
Please note by entering your season ticket in to the ticket exchange for Premier League games you will not be penalised next season.

General Information
Wheelchair Supporters
Liverpool Football Club has a total 100 wheelchair bays. Fifty wheelchair spaces are allocated to season ticket holders. We allocate the away club eight wheelchair and carer spaces each home league game. Forty spaces are available for further sale. There is availability for up to two personal assistants to accompany the wheelchair user. Wheelchair user spaces are allocated in the Anfield Road, the Paddock, and the Kop stands.
Visually Impaired Supporters
Liverpool Football Club has at least thirty six visually impaired spaces available for sale. The seats are generally situated in the Paddock area with availability for one personal assistant. A headset with full commentary will also be provided upon request.
Ambulant (Walking Disabled) Supporters
Liverpool Football Club has a number of ambulant spaces generally situated in the Paddock with availability for one personal assistant.

Car Park Spaces
There are a very limited amount of car parking spaces available for disability supporters. These are only available upon request at the time of booking, and are subject to availability. The spaces would be located in either Anfield Road or Stanley Park.
