Liverpool Football Club has received within the allocation 12 pairs of Wheelchair and carer tickets. Ambulant and carer tickets are also available. Wheelchair and ambulant tickets are priced at £21 (£23) per pair.
Tickets will be available to Season Ticket Holders, Official Members and Fan Card Holders based on attendance at Premier League away fixtures during Season 2013-2014 on the following days,
Attendance at 7 or more games Tuesday 21st October
Supporters who purchase during this sale are guaranteed a ticket
Attendance at 6 or more games Friday 24th October from 11am
Tickets purchased during these sales are subject to availability and no guarantee can be given that tickets will be available to all who apply.

AUTO CUP ADDITIONAL ENROLMENT PERIOD
Please note the Auto Cup additional enrolment period has now ended. It will not reopen for the 2014/15 season. Tickets for all Cup Competitions must be purchased independantly once selling notices are published.

Liverpool Football Club are pleased to announce that due to Stadium improvements a further 11 wheelchair user bays have been installed at Anfield. As a result of this LFC are happy to confirm that we offered 9 supporters the chance to purchase a Season Ticket for the 2014-15 season. These supporters were taken from the top of the Disabled Season Ticket Waiting list.

HOW TO BUY DISABILITY MEMBERS’ MATCH TICKETS
Tickets are available to purchase by telephone by calling the booking line 0843 170 5555, pressing option 1 then 0. After a trial during the previous members sale, Liverpool Football Club are pleased to announce that tickets will also be available to purchase at the Ticket Office window, Anfield.
All tickets are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
Please note a late availability sale will take place approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to the fixture being played. This is available for Official Members and Non Members. Details of how to apply can be found further down this page at ‘Late Availability Sale’
No longer able to accept credit/debit card details via email. So that LFC are compliant with our financial regulators, we can no longer accept payment information sent via email. If you do send credit or debit card details, you will receive an email advising to resend the email.
Instead LFC ask that you put a contact telephone number on your application and a member of the disability ticketing team will contact you to take payment as and when you application is successful.

Before applying for match tickets, supporters will be required to register themselves with Liverpool Football Club by submitting either of the below documents. The details of those documents will be kept on our records and will not be requested again.

PURCHASING DISABLED SUPPORTERS MATCH DAY TICKETS
Premier League tickets are sold in the following ways:
Supporters must follow the above process and be registered with the Club; you must also have an LFC Official Membership.

Tickets are sold in correspondence with the non disabled supporter’s ticket sales. For further information of specific ticket sales please contact one of the disabled advisors. Alternatively you can view the available tickets by viewing the table above titled ‘Member Sale Ticket Availability’
Ticket sales are available by calling the main Ticket Office number 0843 170 5555, pressing option 1 then 0 for the disabled team. Alternatively you can purchase tickets in person by visiting the Ticket Office at Anfield.
LATE AVAILABILITY SALE

The following information would need to be included in your application:
* Full name and address of the applicant(s).
* What fixture (game) you are applying for,
* What seating provision you require i.e. wheelchair, ambulant or visually impaired)
* Number of personal assistants required.
Applications are to be received no earlier than 8 weeks before the game and no later than 23 days prior to the game taking place.
Successful applicants will be chosen on a ballot basis. Please note that if you no longer wish to be considered in the ballot, it is your responsibility to contact the disability team to advise this.
If you are successful in the ballot, and you can no longer attend the game, you will be subject to the cancellation policy.
AWAY GAMES AND CUP COMPETITIONS
Tickets for all away matches and all Cup matches will be sold in conjunction with the specific selling arrangements for those fixtures.

TICKET EXCHANGE FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
If a Season Ticket holder is unable to attend a home Premier League match, they are able to return their tickets via the ticket exchange. Tickets can be returned via the exchange until kick off on the match day. These tickets could then be made available for members to purchase and attend the fixture.
Please note by entering your season ticket in to the ticket exchange for Premier League games you will not be penalised next season.

Liverpool Football Club has a total 111 wheelchair bays. This is split in the following ways: 55 wheelchair spaces are allocated to season ticket holders, 8 wheelchairs are allocated to visiting supporters. Up to 48 tickets are available for a further sale. There is availability for up to two personal assistants to accompany the wheelchair user. Wheelchair user spaces are allocated in the Anfield Road, the Paddock, and the Kop stands.
AMBULANT SUPPORTERS (INCLUDING VISUALLY IMPAIRED SUPPORTERS)
Liverpool Football Club has a number of ambulant spaces generally situated in the Paddock with availability for one personal assistant. Please note that we do not limit the amount of ambulant tickets that are available.
A headset with full commentary will also be provided upon request for supporters with a visual impairment.

CAR PARK SPACES
There are a very limited amount of car parking spaces available for disability supporters. These are only available upon request at the time of booking, and are subject to availability. The spaces would be located in either Anfield Road or Stanley Park.
