Photo gallery: Danny Ings and Sadio Mane return to full training
Danny Ings and Sadio Mane returned to full training with their teammates at Melwood on Tuesday morning – and our photographers were on hand to capture them back in action.
The duo linked up with the rest of the Liverpool squad for the first time this summer as they both took a significant step forward in their rehabilitation from respective knee injuries.
Ings has been out of action since last October after sustaining a knee problem in a League Cup tie with Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.
Mane, meanwhile, hasn’t figured since it was determined he required surgery on a knee issue picked up in the Merseyside derby against Everton on April 1.
Both are set to be included in Liverpool’s squad for the pre-season training camp in Germany this week.
