Monday's Merseyside derby is already the talk of the city – and three Liverpool players have joined the conversation in a free video feature available now.
First-team stars Adam Lallana, Lucas Leiva and Divock Origi recently met up with a man who ensured his place in the folklore of the fixture back in 2001, Gary McAllister.
The Scot settled a meeting between Liverpool and Everton at Goodison Park that year in his team’s favour with an outrageous free-kick from long range in the last minute.
And, in this newly-released clip filmed in partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts, McAllister quizzes Lallana, Lucas and Origi on their experiences of the derby to date, the importance of the game and how it can be won.
