Liverpool FC managing director Andy Hughes has provided an update for supporters travelling to Naples this week.

The Reds get their Champions League campaign under way by facing Napoli at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Wednesday night.

Ahead of the match, Hughes spoke to Liverpoolfc.com to share key information for fans who are attending this week’s game – watch the interview in the video above.

Designated fan meeting point

In the interest of personal safety, LFC supporters are strongly advised NOT to make their own way to the stadium.

All travelling supporters should meet at Naples Marine terminal, located at Maschio Angioino, Stazione Marittima, 80133 at 4pm local time. Free coaches will be provided to and from the stadium to all LFC supporters in possession of a valid match ticket. Coaches will be accessible for wheelchair users.

Supporter liaison officer (SLO)

To assist supporters while attending the game, a dedicated phone line and email address is available for the SLO (this line of communication is for urgent matters relating to the game only). For this fixture, the line will be open from two hours before kick-off until three hours after kick-off.
