Jennifer Falk could achieve a Barclays Women's Super League first for Liverpool on Sunday.

The Reds host Tottenham Hotspur at St Helens Stadium (11.55am GMT kick-off) and Falk will aim to become the only goalkeeper in the club's history to register a clean sheet in each of her first two top-flight appearances.

The Sweden international – who joined on loan from BK Hacken earlier this month – recorded Liverpool's first shutout of the WSL season on her debut against London City Lionesses.

Here are more pre-match stats to know, courtesy of Opta…

Liverpool are unbeaten in three previous WSL home games against Tottenham (won one, drew two), though did have to come from 2-1 behind at half-time in this fixture last season to earn a 2-2 draw.

Spurs won 2-1 in the reverse meeting earlier this season and will be aiming to complete a top-flight double over the Reds for the first time.

Tottenham are unbeaten in their last four matches in the WSL (won two, drew two). They last achieved a longer run without defeat in the division between March and May 2024 (five games).

Alice Bergstrom recorded her team's highest individual xG (0.22) and most shots (four) on her debut for Liverpool, in their last WSL outing versus London City.

Overall in the WSL, the clubs have met eight times so far, with the Reds winning twice, Spurs winning three times and three games ending in draws.

In their 1-0 victory over Leicester City last time out, Tottenham both attempted (700) and completed (612) more passes than they have managed in any previous WSL game, while it was also their highest possession share in a single game in the competition (73 per cent).

These two sides have the highest big chance conversion rates in the WSL this season: Spurs with 47.6 per cent and Liverpool on 42.9 per cent.

Cornelia Kapocs and Fuka Nagano are the only players to have started every league match in 2025-26 for Liverpool.
