Read the thoughts of Ryan Gravenberch in reaction to Liverpool's Champions League defeat by PSV Eindhoven.

The Reds were beaten 4-1 in the league-phase encounter at Anfield on Wednesday night after goals from Ivan Perisic, Guus Til and Couhaib Driouech (two).

Dominik Szoboszlai netted for the hosts during the first half to equalise Perisic's early opener from the penalty spot.

See what Gravenberch had to say in his post-match interview with TNT Sports below.

On how he's feeling after the result...

We are just angry that we lost. I think we didn't even play bad in the first half – we created a lot of chances. In the second half it went really wrong.

On the need to start well in the game and the reaction to PSV's opener...

We went 1-0 down early and then you see the reaction from us in the first half, I think we did good after. We played some good football, we created a lot of chances. It's so hard to find the words. We are just in a bad place right now.

On the team's issues...

I think we concede too easy goals. That is our problem right now. I think a team like us, we have to do better, we have to defend better. We know we are a top team, we have really good qualities, but everything falls not in our way. It's really difficult at the moment but we have to stick together and go from there.

On the 'balance of the side'...

We don't have the momentum right now, I think. What I said, everything falls not in our way right now – even like the duels, the 50-50 chances. It's really difficult. But what I said, we have to stick together and go from there, and I know we will find a way out of this.
