Media watchMilos Kerkez to Liverpool transfer path cleared as £15m fee agreed for move
Bournemouth have reportedly agreed a deal with French side Rennes to sign Adrien Truffert as a potential replacement for Milos Kerkez.
The Cherries had sounded out a move for the 23-year-old as a replacement for Kerkez, who continues to be linked with a move to Liverpool.
Rennes, though, proved to be tough negotiators and rejected Bournemouth's first two offers for the France international.
On Monday, however, French publication Le Parisien claimed that the two sides had finally reached an agreement on a fee of roughly £15 million for Truffert, who will now travel to England for a medical before signing a five-year contract on the south coast.
Bournemouth's interest in the Rennes club captain comes as Kerkez continues to be pursued by Liverpool.
