The Sky Blues will return to the Premier League in 2026-27, having confirmed promotion from the Championship on Friday night.
A 1-1 draw at Blackburn Rovers ensured Frank Lampard’s side an automatic promotion spot, sending Coventry back to the top flight after relegation in 2000-01.
The Reds last met the Midlands outfit at their former Highfield Road home in April 2001, winning 2-0 thanks to late goals from Sami Hyypia and Gary McAllister.
Fixtures for the next Premier League season are set to be announced on Friday June 19.
