Gareth Taylor provided an update on his squad ahead of Liverpool FC Women's cup tie with London Bees this weekend.

The Reds enter the Adobe Women's FA Cup at the fourth-round stage by travelling to the Hive on Sunday afternoon.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday, head coach Taylor gave the latest details on player availability.

"Obviously since the New Year we've managed to get Grace Fisk back," he said.

"We're still waiting a little bit longer for Leanne [Kiernan] but hopefully she's getting a bit closer. Hannah Silcock [is] similar but won't be involved in these [next] two games those guys.

"Outside of the long-termers, the likes of Sam Kerr, Marie [Höbinger] and Soph [Sophie Roman Haug], Zara Shaw [is] recovering.

"We have a slight update on the Rafa Borggrafe situation in a sense of, the FA has now completed its thorough investigation and they sanctioned the player with a six-game ban.

"That ban has been ongoing while we've been playing, so effectively she will be out of the running to be included this weekend, but after that she is available for selection.

"Beata [Olsson] is getting closer. She's a robust player, and similar to Alice [Bergstrom] and Jennifer [Falk] has come back, had a bit of a break on the back of a season at Kristianstads.

"A very dynamic player, so one that you have to manage in between games because she gives so much within games. Of course, she was on a bit of a purple patch before we broke for the New Year. Unfortunately picked up something in the first couple of training sessions on the restart.

"I think this game and maybe the next one are a little bit too soon but we'd like to think she's close to the one after that, in Manchester United."
